Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your Subscription of Sukanya Digital.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the TermsFeed Return and Refund Policy Generator.

Unless you do not receive discount links in Whatsapp for consecutive three weeks and no invitation to attend any get together and workshops for consecutive three months after your enrolment and payment of placing the Subscription, you will have the right to cancel your Subscription at any time.The amount of payment would be determined subject to the period remaining in a year.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to NDMPL Naridarpan Digital Media Private Limited,with work address  GE-61, 3rd Floor, Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700107.
  • Website refers to Sukanya Digital, accessible from https://sukanyadigital.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Any request for cancellation of your Subscription will not be entertained once you start to receive discount links . Cancellation request must be submitted in writing to contactus@sukanyadigital.com
  • The cancellation shall be processed on a pro-rata basis, i.e. only the amount of un-serviced subscription terms and conditions will be refunded.
  • Refund process will take 4-6 weeks to credit into your account on receipt of the bank details.
  • You will be responsible for any fees that is payable, including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.
  • NDMPL’s liabilities shall in no event exceed the Subscription amount paid by the customer.
